Often, bank-owned properties (repo's) as not listed with any broker and are therefore not listed in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). The same situation exists with "For Sale by Owner" properties. Sometimes these homes and properties may be the best deal in town, but dealing with these banks and sellers without an agent can be tricky. I, as an exclusive buyer's agent, represent your interest only and am able to deal and negotiate with non-listed properties.
